Omaruru Gemstones

The attractive town of Omaruru is situated close to the Erongo Mountains, which is renowned for its wide variety of high quality gemstones and minerals.  Omaruru Gemstones Processing Company was established by miner Eric Goagoses and German gemologist Hans and focuses on its own small scale mining operations, gemstone processing and jewellery production.  They offer a wide variety of gemstones and minerals from well-known areas in Namibia, namely, tourmaline, topaz, aquamarine, garnet, jasper, pietersite, quartz crystal,  and amethyst which are handcrafted into various jewellery pieces, and cleaned and sold as top quality specimens.
